SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed at low lying areas in defence land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement incl; mixing of water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 using water proofing compound with and finished smooth and even without using extra cement .

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for Integral waterproofing compound chemical using with plaster

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces preparatory to wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof acryic emulsion paints, exterrior grade (100% acryic) on surfaces of walls.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

M&L for Preperation of new plastered surface of ceiling applying three coat of white wash.

M&L Washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces any type of wall incl preperation and then applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old plastered surface by Auto roller of any tint specified by Engineer -in-Charge(upto 9th floor).

M&L for tiles joints grouting by using ShaliTile Grout E Three Component Epoxy Based Tile Joint Filler material of make STP or equivalent approved make material and before applying tile grout chemical ,remove old tile joints material, Tile joints should be dry and free from dust and other contaminants like water, oil, grease, etc and after that Joints should be overfilled with the thoroughly mixed material and immediately level by using trowel or any other suitable method and wipe off any excessive mixed material on tiles using thinner all as per specified by manufacturer instruction.

Removing plants/herbs grown on duct, wall portion,roof ,around overhead tanks ,on roof top, SWR Pipes joints area for multistoreied biulding at any storeyed cleaning with steel wire brush and rubbish and down all dirt , mud and shabby material from SWR joints , duct, wall , roof complete and neat cement slurrry / cement mortar on the leakage of SWR joints/ vrtical stack and applying two coats of weather proof paint with necessary safety mesure i:e scaffo;ding / hanging platform upto 9 th floor complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs fancy type chromium plated two way bib tap , cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

S & F in repairs Wall mixer, 15mm dia, Single Lever cast copper alloy, chromium plated Hot and Cold with provision for connection to Overhead Shower complete with 115mm long bend pipe, connecting legs & wall flange [including hand & excluding overhead shower] complete all as directed. [make shall be Jaquar Catalogue No. SOL-6273UPR or its equivalent]

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete above ground floor exceeding 15 cm thickness and remove the debris from site not less than 5km from site .

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and remove the debris from site not less than 5km from site .

M&L for green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) usin marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of.

M & L 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base floorings with out using extra cement

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in road / path, hard standing etc. with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels not exc. 9 Sqm each and providing 10 mm thick joints through out the thickness of road / path duly filled with mastic filling of one part of 85 / 25 hot bitumen and three part of coarse sand (By weight) with and including making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.
