M&L for cleaning the radiator intercooler of LT DG set 600 KVA, 440 Volts by checking and removing the deposited dust, oil welt and carbons and cleaning with forced water with cleaning agents and testing for leaks at inter connectors/ couplers/ flexible connectors/ flexi clamps and making necessary minor repairs to arrest leakages of coolant all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and replace Control relay contactors of MX0 type, L&T make operatable at AC/DC supplies as per the existing Site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for 600 KVA 440V LT DG set of make: Cummins, Model VTA-28-63-I as per manufacturer's recommendation/ particular specification including replacement of necessary spares and replacement of filters such as fuel filter, SLO By-pass filter and lub oil filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects, and cleaning of air filters/ breather, coolant tank with blower and labour for filling/ topping up and replacement of Engine oil/ coolant and tuning of engine for DG set all as specified and directed. [Note: (i) Rate quoted includes for cost of distilled water for batteries and minor accessories such as nuts and bolts, 'O' rings etc. (ii) Supply only Engine Oil and Coolant shall be measured and paid separately.]

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable battery terminal and S&F brass battery terminal heavy duty complete suitable for fixing on battery poles with nuts and bolts all as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to defective auxiliary power system (Battery charger) of installed capacity 110 Volts, 100 Ah boost/trickle charger by complete replacement of defective diodes, PCB/ electronic cards, contactors, auxiliary coils and DC MCB DP of 16A capacity -2 No's complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of stop solenoid/ shut off valve [Part No 3017993] for Cummins KTA 19 G 500KVA / 600 KVA DG set along with screen filter including wiring, connecting to panel circuit, starting and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs/ servicing of starter solenoid switch of capacity 12/ 24 Volt connected to the DG set of various capacity including replacement of defective parts, rewinding of coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of the 11KV 750 KVA DG set silencer/ mufflers [2nos. per DG set] located at a height of above 10m and replacing the corroded portion of 150mm dia MS pipe/ flanges by fabrication and welding and applying two coats of heat resistant synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

M&L for removing oil/ grease deposits, oil/ paint/ corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 500/ 600 KVA DG set using wire brushes, coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc. and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc. all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 25 herein before but for Hot 11 KV 750 KVA DG set with 1500 Ltr fuel tank and connected LT/ HT control panels

M&L for carrying out repairs to self starter 24V/ 12V by replacement of carbon brushes, solenoid, bearings and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for carrying out repairs to 12/24 Volts Alternator/dynamo by replacement of carbon brushes, electronic regulator/ rectifier, bearings reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for De-scaling of engine after cooler of DG set 500 KVA, 3 Ph, 440 V [Make: Greaves Cotton Ltd., Model: TBD 41V12500] by dismantling the upper and lower hose connections, carrying out repairs/ cleaning, arresting coolant leakages, testing on completion complete all as directed.

Supply and replace Controller for AMF panel of DG set of capacity 40 KVA to 250 KVA with necessary modification to control wiring, replacement of control relays etc complete all as directed.

Supply and replace belt tensioner along with ribbed belts for 125 KVA 440V LT DG set [Make: Kirloskar/ Cummins Model NT 495 G/ Cummins 6BTAA-6963/ Kirloskar-KG 22 4H]

M&L for complete checking the controller of DG set 500 KVA, 3 phase 440 Volts [Make: Greaves Cotton Ltd., Model: TBD 41V12500] along with wiring; checking and rectifying the defects, rectifying the set complete with all sensors and protections and making the DG set operational for switching ON and Off through controller with safety features all as directed.

M&L for complete replacement of lubrication hoses, fuel hoses for DG set 750 KVA,11KV [Make: Kirloskar Cummins, Model: KTA-2300-G] complete with all accessories, O rings and connectors all as directed.

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 125 KVA -250 KVA as per existing size and model complete all as directed

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 500 KVA -750 KVA as per existing size and model complete all as directed

S&F Automatic/ Manual transfer switch 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 50Hz, 415Volts with enclosure including connecting to the existing system and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable changeover switch. [Make: Havells Cat Part No: IHYFCDE400 or equivalent in ABB/ Schneider/ Siemens/ Standard]

M&L for thermal insulation material including GI sheet for exhaust bellows of 600 KVA DG Set complete including asbestos wire rope all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing old unserviceable changeover switch & supply, install, test & commissioning of AMF panel indoor type suitable for 125 KVA DG set floor mounted/ pedestal type, cubical, self supported, IS/ IEC 61439-1&2, rated fault of 65 KA for 1 sec, with locking arrangement, suitable ventilation on both sides with wire mesh, IP-54 protection with dust & vermin proof etc. fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted/ fixed in and including MS frame (50cm above FFL and 50cm below FFL), fabricated out of ISA 50x50x6mm duly painted with black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, control wiring with copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cables of not less than 1.5 sq.mm, suitable size/capacity copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar along with interconnections with suitable size copper strip for entire length of panel, suitable size of MS gland with gland plate and aluminium lugs/ thimbles for all incoming/ out going cables etc. complete all as directed Engineer-in-Charge including and accommodating the following accessories:-
