Schedule 'A' Part -I ( B/R Schedule)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete Column, beam , chejja, precast slabs etc of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided..

M& L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4(Note : Reinforce shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls,ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.upto 5th storey.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 upto 5th storey.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.upto 5th storey.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructions upto 5th storey. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L fo Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling of chajja,roof projection,shelve etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto 5th storey.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality. (Make : CICCO NO.1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast ,bed plates and the like including use and waste of form work,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for PCC floor including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/plinth protection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in floorings / skirting including cutting and polishing of tiles and 15 mm thick screed bed of cement morter (1:6) complete.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding. 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces for skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) for backing of tiles.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including a 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) and pointed with white or Coloured cement to match.

M & L for Coloured Glazed ceramic design tiles 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement morter (1:4)

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) rubbing and polishing complete.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick in skirtings set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick backing coat in cement morter (1:4)including rubbing and polishing complete.
