Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete as in Roof, Floors, Beams, Staircase, Landings, Chajjas and similar suspended work including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition as in Overhead Water Tanks etc. of any height and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 5.00 KM and not exceeding 10.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down Eaves Gutters and Rainwater Pipes [any size or pattern], including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. from any height complete all as specified and as directed.
Note for Serial Item No. 1 & 2: The work shall be carried out up to 7 Storey height / 22 Metres height and the rates quoted are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Rough excavation exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Moorum / Red Bajri filling under Floors or in Pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurements shall be taken after consolidation of earth and 10% deduction shall be made for payments.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.
