Attending complaint day to day for petty repair to easing of Door/window/cup board shutters by tightening of hinges/handles/Al-drop bolts/tower bolts/knobs/hasp and staples etc of any size /any number of panels for easy closing/opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror etc complete including replacement of major defective items if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Attending complaint day to day for petty repair to leakage water in bib tap/pillar tap/stop cock/angle valve, flusing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer, etc of any description any size by changing the washer/jumper etc by adjusting/replacing the washer and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the waste pile of WHB /Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing and cleaning the pipe or fittings etc including replacement of major defective items if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 1&2 1 :- The contractor shall make all arrangements for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis.Any major items required to be replaced with new one to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for separately as "S &F" under respective applicable item of this schedule. Old retrived items as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become the property of the contractor. 2 :- Contractor shall provide minimum one carpenter and one plumber including all necessary T & P on every alternate days from 9 AM to 5 PM. Additional workers can be engaged if nature of work required to be completed with in fix time as desired by GE. Rate shall be quoted accordingly. 3 :- Where material provided shall be paid as "S & F" under respective item of Sch 'A' the payment of complaint under this item shall not be paid.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs and marking the date of cleaning with stencil/computerized letter the height of the letter not less than 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above but capacity of tank exc 500 Ltrs and not exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Taking down cement plaster on block masonary or concrete surfaces including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP Bib taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crtuch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back. Size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers & waste; including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets & connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 litr capacity, low level, white, with intel, ball valve, float & handle including brackets.

S&F in repair Stop valves/angle valve 15 mm bore fancy type, CP, cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S&F in repair for 15 mm bore Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour fancy typehigh pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm?125gm complete all as specified and directed

S & F 20 mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including taking down old ball valve complete all as specified and as directed [Minimum weight for 20 mm – 210 gms] .

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, including taking down old PVC connection all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for PVC water closet seat cover, black or white, closed pattern, with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair for health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 meter lomg flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connection and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair CP grating of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified

S&F in repair CP grating of size 100 mm dia with waste hole complete all as specified

M & L for 15 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs 32mm dia, 800mm long flexible PVC waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for polyethylene water tank cover with hinges suitable up to 1000 Ltrs tanks, including taking down old water tank cover all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per above above but 1000 Ltrs capacity.

S & F 75 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old pipes all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.47 above but 110 mm dia .

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including taking down of old railing complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing for rubber beading for fixing glass panes in aluminium frames work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs drapery rod in any length, high strength MS pipe with corrugated PVC extrusion having outer dia 28 mm with plastic ring of ABS plastic of dia 56 to 58 mm in cluding bracket complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in pannels including necessary form work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M & L for renewing tiles in patches area n.exc 5.00 Sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new ceramic tiles to match the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Granite of 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 8-10mm/450 x 300 x 8-10mm/300x600x 8-10 mm thick over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm thick in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm thick in skirting etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 2.0 mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, homogeneous finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors including removing of old sheets complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work

S&F Powder coated GI grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm in ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjustign level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid incl preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling in patch work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of both side white colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for installation of solar daylight of 320 mm dia in existing roof/wall including solar pipes, bends, clamps,screws, diffuser etc of make Skyshade or equivalent including necessary cutting/chasing in reinforced concrete, stone wall or any other surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The qouted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/structure of any height.
