CIVIL-OD56920/2026-2027:Dismantling and removing Storage almirah and modular office workstation system comprising table tops, side panels, partitions, pedestals, storage units, raceways, cable trays, drawers, brackets, aluminium/steel members, glass/wooden partitions, hardware fittings, and electrical accessories fixed to the workstation, etc., complete, including careful disengagement of all interconnections, stacking of serviceable materials atdesignated locations within a lead up to 50 metres, disposal of unserviceable materials/debris, and making good damages caused during dismantling, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

OD54951/2026-2027:Dismantling Aluminium /Gypsum Partitions/ Ply Wood Partitions doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer -in Charge.

OD53392/2026-2027:Re-fixing / Reinstallation of Departmentally Supplied Modular WorkstationsProviding labour for reinstallation and refixing of departmentally supplied modularworkstations, including assembly and fixing of table tops, partition panels, pedestals,storage almirah components, shutters, shelves, brackets, hardware fittings, accessories etc., complete with alignment, levelling, minor adjustments, replacement of minor consumables such as screws, cleats, PVC bushes and similar items, cleaning andmaking the units complete and functional, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The existing workstation components and storage almirah materials shall be supplied departmentally and nothing extra shall be paid for handling, stacking, internal shifting,minor consumables, T&P, loading/unloading or incidental works required for completion of the item.

Providing labour for shifting, laying, placing, arranging and positioning of departmentally supplied chairs at designated locations, in all floors, including handling, internal shifting, alignment in rows/workstations/meeting areas, minor adjustments for proper positioning, cleaning and making the chairs ready for use,complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

15.12.2 :Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter includingchowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

15.7.4:Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar.

15.60:Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

11.41.2 : Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified bythe manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cementmortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.
