Providing laying and rolling of built-up spray gorut layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite consturction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505. by mechanical means with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg. per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per technical specification cluase 503 with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing laying 25mm. (twenty five milimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPM batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonne per hours useing crushed aggregates of compeced greading preading premixed with bituminious the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrolic paver finisher with sanser control to the required grade. level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to acheive the dressed compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. clause 509 complete in all respect (S-90/VG-10) with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying V-shape PCC drain with C.C 1:3:6 with 20 mm nominal size with thickness of concrete as 10 centimetres of size. 45 cm x 25 cm. including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentals by mechanical means with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
