DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (DPR):
Lump sum Charges for submission of Final Economic Feasibility Report and Detailed Project Report by suitably updating & improving the inputs given by TANGEDCO, to suit the site requirements for design, supply, erection and commissioning of Wagon Tippler with Conveyor capacity 1200TPH and its Coal conveying system from wagon tippler site to the coal stock yard at NCTPS- Tamilnadu as per the scope of work mentioned in Section-III of this specification. Three (3) copies of Draft Economic Feasibility Report and Six (6) copies of final Economic Feasibility Report and soft copy of the EFR. Three (3) copies of draft Detailed Project Report and Six (6) copies of final Detailed Project Report and soft copy of the DPR.
Preparation of Tender specification and Pre-Contract Consultancy Services (till award of contract)
Lump sum Charges for Preparation of EPC Tender Specification. Three (3) copies of draft Tender Specification and Six (6) copies of Tender Specification for EPC.
Attending pre-bid meetings with TANGEDCO, Furnishing clarifications to the pre-bid queries, Bid Evaluations and finalization of the lowest bidder and recommendations for TANGEDCO for award of contract.
