Review & Testing the operating efficiency of existing Internal Financial Control system of NHPC LTD shall be as per the following- i. Testing the operating effectiveness of the existing IFC. ii. Advice on updating the IFC framework if required. iii. To update the existing Financial Control Matrix/ Manual by including the modified risk control matrix and addition of new control matrix as suggested on review of internal financial control in previous years. iv. To present the finding before the management and finalization of report after considering the suggestions of the management. (Refer: Scope of the work given in SCC).
