Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work of value Rs 20.33 lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in any one year during last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 and shall submit single work order & corresponding work done certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer & above in case of KPCL, not below the rank of Executive Engineer in case of PWD & other Govt organization or Head of the project in case of other Pvt organizations. Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited. Similar work means: Annual Maintenance Contract of 60TR & above water-cooled centralized HVAC system.

Bidder should be OEM in HVAC system, as a proof the bidder should upload valid Registration certificate issued by the Competent Authority.ORBidder should be OES in HVAC system as a proof the bidder should upload valid Authorization/dealership letter from OEM of HVAC system.OR Bidder should be Experienced in AMC of 60TR & above water-cooled centralized HVAC system, as proof of this the bidder should upload AMC work order & corresponding work done certificate.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs 40.65 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or Annual turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2025-26).
