M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC Pre-cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in Louvres and Jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) with all mouldings including Reinforcement with 5.0 - 6.0mm dia Mild Steel Bars/ Wire and setting in Cement Morter 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured (Terracota Red or Yellow) Tiles 300x300x25mm thick, Set, Jointed and Pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Floors and Pointed in Grey Cement, laid over and including 20mm thick Cement Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) Joint Filling of Tiles Shall be done immediately after laying tiles with cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles. Joint Filling of Tiles with cement slurry shall not be allowed. (b) Cost of screed Bed shall deemed to be included.

M&L Coloured/Printed Glazed Ceramic Tiles 300x200x7mm thick in Vertical Surfaces i.e. Dado, Skirting, etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including Screed or Screed Bed 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Machine Pressed Pre-cast Concrete Interlocking Polished Paver Block 60mm thick of M-35 Grade, with Grey Cement and Pigment of any shape and size (as ordered), conforming IS-15658-2006, ISI Marked, laid dry over Clean dry Sand and grouted with Clean dry Sand as in Floors, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Clean dry Sand will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L Machine Pressed Pre-cast Concrete (Terracota Red or Yellow) Interlocking Polished Paver Block 80mm thick of M-40 Grade, with Grey Cement and Pigment of any shape and size (as ordered), conforming IS-15658-2006, ISI Marked, laid dry over Clean dry Sand and grouted with Clean dry Sand as in Floors, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Clean dry Sand will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L Sand Filling under Floors or in Foundations including Watering and Consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces mixing with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying a Wall Putty, cutting / rubbing to obtained a smooth surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camouflage/Plain pattern as directed ) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing New Rough Cast Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camouflage/Plain pattern as directed ) with approved Tint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Painting shall not be carried by spray gun

Preparing Old Decorated/Treated Plastered Surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing and crapping down and applying Two Coat of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camouflage/Plain pattern as directed ) with approved Tint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Old Decorated/Treated Plastered Surfaces of Walls by complete removal of existing treatement and by applying Wall Putty, Cutting/Rubbing to obtain a smooth surface and applying Two Coat of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camouflage/Plain pattern as directed ) with approved Tint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, and applying Two Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) for Y shape Mild steel Angle Frame( area exc 0.25 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm Each) fixed on boundary walls (Straining /Supported to barbed Wire and Concertina Coil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting/Taking out Brick Bats, Pebbles, Silts, Muds, Clay, etc. from bottom of Drains including Cleaning Grasses, Vegitations, etc., depth upto 3.0 Metre including removing Excavated Materials from the Sides of Drain inluding removing RCC drain cover and refixing after cleanining of drain and removing debris to outside MD/AF Land where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.
