Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading, conveyance and stacking charges etc., complete.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M20) in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Painting to new iron work with synthetic enamel paint two coats over pirmary coat with red oxide paint including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete

Scarifying the existing B.T surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH / 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes/ 37.50 t per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per Tech. specification No. 504 MORTH etc., complete in all respects for finished item of work as per directions of the departmental authorities

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 37.5 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising glass beads bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive surface applied glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company/BERGER equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and wila compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS:164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997

Supply and fixing of Molded Shanks raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH circular no RW/NH- 33023/10-97-Do III, Dt.11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
