A : (Sub Head:- Site development.):- Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtr.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear form the edge of the excavaion and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etcetera , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement : 6 Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete exluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approve quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand).

RR stone masonry in CM 1:6.

Construction of dyr rubble masonry in B/wall & R/walls revetment walls and parapits etc.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4( 1 Cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 40 mm thick.

B: (Sub Head:- Main Building.):- Demolition above ground level upto floor two level including disposal unserviceable material with in 20 mtr. Lead i/c cutting the necessary reinforcement and seperating out from RCC/RB works.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skriting, risers of steps and dado 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) and joint with cement slurry.

6 mm thick cement plaster in Cm 1:3.

15 mm thick Cement plaster 1:5 (cement :sand in respective ratio in rough sides of brick stones\concrete walls for plastering upto floor two level finished even and smooth including scaffolding .

Providing and fixing of panelled glazed or panelled glazed shutter for door and windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick. (1st class deodar wood)

P/f wire gauge shutter using G.M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors &window. Including bright finish/black.(1st class deodar wood)

Providing and fixing MS grill of requird pattern in angle posts etc. plain grill(Ornamental)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc complete 300x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (Berrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with necessary screws etcetera complete.

Providing and fixing 100mm bright finished brass floor door stopper with rubber cushion screws etcetra to suit shutter thickness complete.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing with white lead for priming.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing 100mm dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete.

Provding under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) wall rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparetion of ground.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement : 3Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Constructing Coursed rubble hammer dressed "U" Shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including earth work and laying 10cm cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm. cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.
