M&L complete removal of old existing treatment from walls (any number of layer) by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 gm/ litre having dia 7"/ 9" to make free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour including filling depressions of scrapped surface with preparation of plastered surface and M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over surfaces of wall complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying two coat of plastic emulsion on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated / painted wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of approved quality & tint, over and including 1.0 to 1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including cornices,pilastered etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall of approved quality & tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices,pilastered etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully cement plaster on stone or brick wall surfaces, ceilings ,sunsheds, beams, chajjas, facia, roof projection etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding & raking out joints , hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding arrangement at a height upto 10m with mixing using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)
