Preventive Maintenance of monthly servicing and check up of Bitzer make, Blast cold storage 25.2 HP of 2 units including 2 ODU+ 2 IDU (-)30 °C operation with R- 404A Refrigerant gas two stage, semi hermetically sealed compressor controlled with electronically operated solenoid valve for liquid system, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 01, But Meat room of cold storage (-) 18 °C with capacity 6 HP having 02 units including 2 ODU +2 IDU.

All as per Serial item No 01, But Fish room of cold storage (-) 18 °C with capacity 4 HP having 02 units including 2 ODU +2 IDU

All as per Serial item No 01, But Vegetable room of cold storage (+) 4 °C capacity 6 HP having 02 units including 2 ODU +2 IDU

All as per Serial item No 01,But Egg room of cold storage (+) 4 °C capacity 4 HP having 02 units including 2 ODU +2 IDU

All as per Serial item No 01,But Ante room of cold storage (+) 4 °C capacity 6 HP having 02 units including 2 ODU +2 IDU

Note for serial No 1 to 7: (a) Service of cold storage comprises the cleaning to the outdoor unit and indoor unit of Cold storage system, units by using pressure water, clean with mild air blower in the cooling coil side and including repairing, gas refilling etc. (b) All Major spares shall be measured and paid under relevant items here in after. (c) Each servicing/checkup of cold storages by OEM or authorised dealers shall be carried out once in months , attend at any time of breakdown call by MES rep within 24 hours. (d) The job above quoted shall be included for all labour cost, except electrical control panels with parts.

Material & Labour for Servicing/replacement of defective spares in existing electrical control panels to operation for compressor, evaporator, man trap alarm repairing, defrosting, tray heaters, drain heaters, temperature sensors etc in cold storages, including decarbonizing, tightening of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination, replacement of defective contactors (suitable fitting in existing panel),push switches, MCBs, or any other defective spares crimping by Attending with skilled Electricians, with necessary T&P for checking and make functional in all the respect the Cold storage. Note: The job above quoted shall be included for all labour cost, minor spares up to Rs.250/-and the electrical spares more than Rs 250 are measured separately.

Supply and fixing digital temperature gauge of subzero model SZ7504 of working Temperature range -50°C to +99°C complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas R134 in sealed cylinder including leak testing by using nitrogen gas all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: - 1. Nitrogen will be measured and paid separately. 2. Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage.

Supply only Nitrogen gas contains 12 PSI of pressure in each cylinder of 6 cubic metre.

Supply and replacement of compressor oil suitable for Refrigerant Gas R-134 and R-404A operated compressors, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Emkarate(RL-32) or equivalent

Material & Labour for Dismantling of compressor of bitzer make operating 3 phase 415 V, cold storage capacity with 25 HP transport to local work shop and taking out of bearing and re-metaling the bearing housing, including rewinding with same gauge super enameled copper insulated wire grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the compressor to bring in original state including fixing on the existing condensing unit, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

All as above item No-36, but capacity of cold storage 2 HP-5 HP.

Supply and replace MCB, TPN 06- 32 Amp, C curve, 10 KA including taking out old unserviceable MCB, all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace single phasing preventer, suitable for 380V-415V, AC all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace thermal overload relay for MNX contractors capacity up to 42 Amp all as specified and directed delay range 6 to 42 Amps.

Supply and replace power contactor upto MNX-32, 32 Amps TP 415V of coil voltage 220V with aux contact 1 NO+1NC.

Supply and replacement of premium Quality rubber door gasket for existing Metaflex door sizes 2000 mm (L)x1200 mm (B), (thickness range of door 60 mm to 150 MM) ,including all connected items for cold rooms complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Repair and servicing of 40mm thick sectional over head door, working with rails and brackets for free longitudinal movement, including necessary replacement of suitable gauge SWR, control cables, any other defective accessories, including greetings for the door movement with motorised with push button and functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Note: - The servicing should be carried out by OEM/authorised agency.

Supply and fix in replacement of digital micro possessor based control display unit for working range -18 °C to -30 °C cold storages with software programmed by OEM to functioning of all controls and suitable for fixing inside the existing panels including necessary control wires, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: As recommended by OEM(Bitzer).

Ditto all as per Serial Item No 44, But working Range +4°C cold rooms.

Supply and fixing in replacement of weather proof LED tube lights, 230 Volt,along with copper cable as required for connecting existing points at inside cold rooms complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Leak testing of Blast & Meat cold storage units of working range -18 °C to -30 °C including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing required as per OEM specification for minimum 8 hours time frame, finding leaks, vacuumising the system, necessary brazing work, charging with refrigerant gas (R404A ) of required quantity, testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: - Nitrogen and refrigerant gas shall be measured separately.

Material & Labour for Leak testing of cold storage units of +4°C including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing required as per OEM specification for minimum 8 hours time frame, finding leaks, vacuumising the system, necessary brazing work, charging with refrigerant gas (R134 ) of required quantity, testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: - Nitrogen and refrigerant gas shall be measured separately.

Removing old perished insulations and Supply & Fix 'O' nitrile rubber insulation of for copper pipe suitable for +4°C, -18°C to -30°C of liquid and gaseous lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old rusted metal frame, Supply & Fix Mild steel Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix suitable valve for suction line of -18 °C to -30 °C complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix suitable valve for suction line of +4°C complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix suitable valve for discharge line of -18 °C to -30 °C complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix suitable valve for discharge line of +4°C complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Repair/Replacement of copper refrigerant pipe lines suitable for existing units as recommended by OEM with insulation between indoors and out door units. Note: Suction & Discharge lines shall be treated as one Unit for One RM

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
