Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of maximum 35W, minimum 6000 Lumens All in One Solar integrated hybrid LED Street Light fixture with 12V 60Watt Peak Monocrystaline solar panel PV Module with hybrid power facility (external AC 230V) , 30Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePo4) integrated battery, Integrated MPPT charger with driver (efficiency of both Charger & driver should be of >90%), including supply and erection of 7 mtr high street light pole (octagonal /round) of material Hot Rolled Steel Plate coated with Hot Dipped Galvanized material with suitable bracket arm, foundation bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plates complete as required and erection of the pole of the foundation after construction of shallow cement concrete foundation (1:3:6) with M 20 grade concrete for the street light pole having minimum underground foundation of depth 700 mm and above ground foundation of height 300 mm including providing 2 nos of 40 mm dia B class GI pipe for incoming and outgoing cables during casting of foundation complete as required. The street light pole to be powder coated of approved color. The pole shall have suitable terminal junction box with loop-in & loop-out terminal suitable to terminate 3.5 X 25 sq.mm aluminium cable with 1 no of 6A SP MCB for the street light fixture with all necessary internal wiring etc. complete as required. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Cutting of road /bituminous /concrete pavement etc.at a depth of minimum 250 mm including supply and laying of 50mm dia medium class GI pipe , making the damages good etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3½ X 25 sq. mm (28mm)
