Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for poles,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI Marked class HVP, type 1 with peak size 300mmx180mm x 40mm compliance with IS:5820-1970, as cable protection over sand cushioning perpandicular across the cable length wise in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) for coping of pole and foundation for fencing post etc,including necessary form work,finished the exposed surfaces fair with out using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road/ hard standing as required at site, not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 up to the existing surface level and make good complete all as directed.

M & L for GI tube light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to pole of size 80 mm bore all as specified and directed . Make : jindal/ TATA/prakash.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing in repalcement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty ) 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core ISI marked laid in cable duct/trenches/surface/wall complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cable jointing kit suitable for 11 KV (E) grade cable indoor end termination, cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make :DENSON/M-seal/Raychem.

M&L for cable jointing kit suitable for 11 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor end termination, cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. M&L for prepration of old painted surfaces after removing existing treatment of HT 11 KV pole and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5m height from ground level and on all steel surface such as channels,angles,clamps,nuts and bolts and washers including 05 Nos alternative band/strips with synthetic enamel paint in black/ Yellow colour (300 mm wide each) upto 1.5m height from ground level,and numbering the poles with black synthetic enamel paint having letter of height not less than 4cm, complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply only HT fuse wire made out of tinned copper suitable for 11 KV feeder of rating 10 amp complete all as specefied and as directed by Engg-in-charge.
