DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan, socket or power ) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated with PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable in open/surface PVC casing and caping of suitable size , complete with all accessories /fitting and PVC terminal switch board of suitable size with plastic surface sheet top cover open recessed on all and brass screw and washer including unsheathed single core PVC insulated cable green in colour 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as contineous earth wire and connecting to earth dolly for as following:

(a) One light point/Fan point/bell point controlled by one way switch of 5/6 Amps

(b) One 3/5 pin socket outlet point on same board controlled by one way switch of 5 Amps but with cables 1.5 sqmm size

(c) One 3/5 pin socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one way switch of 5 Amps but with cables 2.5 Sqmm size

M & L for replacement of sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm and one runs of 4 Sqmm Copper cable multistranded drawn through existing surface /recessed steel/PVC conduit providing necessary clamp ,screw, thimble and connected to MCB/DB box /main switches etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement LED tube light 4' long along with all fixtures and fittings ,internally pre wired and including connecting up to ceiling rose with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size ,18W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement LED tube light 2' long along with all fixtures and fittings ,internally pre wired and including connecting up to ceiling rose with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size ,9/10W complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement LED retrofit 'T' bulb 12 watts, complete all as reqd site and directed.

S & F in replacement of Electronic choke 28W / 36 watts suitable for fulorescent tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement fluorescent tube light lamp of 28/36watts, 240volts suitable for fulorescent tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 M apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire one twin core flat or circular stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for replacement of house service bracket (hook type complete with 3.0 mtr long GI Pipe 40mm dia med grade ,two nos 90 degree bend,clamps , nuts and bolts,washers,MS hooks and stay or guy all as reqd at site and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of 1x20 watt LED building security light fitting, with and including GI bracket made out of 1.5 mtr GI pipe bent to shape light grade of 40mm dia, bracket clamps nut bolts etc and making electric connection with 3 core 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductore cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level, conneted to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, cheek nuts and washers of galvanised or iron protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main switch board as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40x40 Cm x 6Cm reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 5 cm c/c with one handle for lifitting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, funnle, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering including charcoal and salt in alternative layers necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I, 2009.

Dismantling existing U/S energy meter by disconnecting electrical connections from board and depositing the same in AGE office store yard, S & F two wire tampar proof Electronic energy meter in polycarbonated body with LCD display in class 1.0 as per IS 13779/IEC 61036, IP-54 ,50Hz,240Volts,AC,2.5 - 30 Amps, single phase , 240 V on and including suitable size teakwood board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tape roll insulation (25Mtr long)suitable for 1.1KV grade best quality, good adhesive as sample held with AGE office all as directed

Disconnecting / taking down carefully ceiling fan from existing position, dismantling, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling /greasing and rehanging at same or new locations after replacing split pins , check nuts, rubber seal etc and re- assemble duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

M&L for taking out burnt copper winding from Ceiling Fan of 1200 mm size and rewinding with existing /same guage of super enammeled copper winding wire complete and refixing at same or new location all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearing for Ceiling fan after and including taking down old ball bearing complete all as reqd at site , specified and directed.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 Mfd +- 5% 440 Volt AC 50 Hz after removing old defective condensor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting with one coat of spray paint with white enamelled paint on external surface of ceiling Fan of any size complete after duly prepared the surfaces by rubbing with wire mesh,washing with soap water including filling cavities with filler, one complete including writing of MES Number all as specified and directed

Disconnecting /taking down carefully Exhaust Fan of any size from existing position, dismantling, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling /greasing and rehanging after replacing split pins , check nuts, rubber seal bushes etc and re- assemble duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity up to 25/35/50 ltr dismantling inner tank and outer tank , pipe assembly, cleaning throughly with descalling liquid compound , overhauling complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet , welding of inner tank if required at site rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15 mm dia , reassembling the same at existing /new location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site , testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

Supply only thermostate fitting fitment varying capacity for 25/35/50ltrs capacity geysers

Supply only PVC connection pipe nylon threaded15mm size with brass nuts copping in both end of length 450mm for geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating element of 1.5/2.0 KW for geyser (as per sample ISI brand) including taking down old heating element complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully flate-plate solar collector storage solar water heater of capacity up to 100 ltr dismantling inner tank and outer tank , pipe assembly, cleaning throughly with descalling liquid compound , overhauling complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet , welding of inner tank if required at site,laser/ultrasonic welding for bonding fin and raiser tube, repair of copper bracing for bonding of header and raiser making leak proof, repair & repalcement of back and side insulation material, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 20 mm dia , reassembling the same at existing location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site ,repair/ welding of MS structure for collector stand, testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully self container drinking water cooler storage capacity upto 150 Lts dismantling inner tank and outer tank , pipe assembly, cleaning throughly with descalling liquid compound , overhauling complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet , welding of inner tank if required at site rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15 mm dia , through checking/ rectification of fault in electrical circuits and refrigeration system, oiling & graesing of blower motor, replacement of compressor/ blower or other necessary parts as required, reassembling the same at existing /new location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site , testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed.
