Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with burnt old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with burnt old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove debris, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, finishing Plastered Surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Foundation etc. or for Shafts, Wells, Cess Pits, Manholes, Pier Holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on Plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil and providing heaps along the Sewage Lines, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing upto a total distance of 50m where directed at a alevel not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in Cover Slab of Manholes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 incl demolition of existing UNSV slabs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT Bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured of cement to match the shade of tiles laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 incl dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300x450)x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rainwaters pipes any size or pattern including all fittings heads,shoes,bends,etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, traps etc fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, traps etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition/Breaking up Drain Pipes (SGSW) 100mm bore (dia), Jointed in Cement Mortar of any description including PCC of Packing and Haunching to Sides of the Pipes (except Bed), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18 but 150mm internal dia pipe.

All as per item No 18 but 200mm internal dia pipe.

Supplying, laying and testing of 100 mm internal dia of (DWC) high density (HDPE) pipe ISI marked (With CML No ) with and including all fittings & jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098-2013 part-2, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning gully traps (manhole type) manually/mechnically, depth not exc. 0.50 METRE by taking out and removing accumulated sludge etc, to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and buried into ground, sprinkling bleaching powder to stop foul smell, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 26 but , depth exc. 0.50 mtr and not exc. 1.00 mtr.

Cleaning of blocked WC by using vaccum pump including opening & refixing/CI cover bend and branch pieces& finally cleaned with water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes exc 250 and not exc 500 lit complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 29 above but exc 500 lit and n exc 1000 lit capacity

M&L for cleaning manhole manually/mechnically, depth not exc. 0.50 m, by taking out and removing accumulated sludge etc, to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and buried into ground, sprinkling bleaching powder to stop foul smell, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning Sewage Line 100/150mm bore (dia) by Roding manually/Mechnically from Manholes, Septic Tanks, Gully Traps, etc. and Well Flushing with Water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drain by taking out any mtrl from the drains, culverts bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes of 100/150 mm dia for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pattern Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests etc. complete including making good to floor with and incl replacement of broken tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.
