REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING UNSERVICEABLE DISTRIBUTION BOARDS WITH MCBS DB BOX SUB MAIN WIRING SERVICES CONNECTIONS AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING POINT WIRING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings etc. removing material for taking credit (credit shall be recovered as per credit Sch attached) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings such as bend/corners/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm (multi-stranded) copper single core (Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing CI/wooden/pvc box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan point/ bell point etc. controlled by one, one way switch. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 2 above , but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor ( Multi-stranded ) PVC insulated and unsheating electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS grade in and including medium duty concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings box cutting chases and all accessories with suitable size of sunk type cast iron or pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, including continuous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete for one light point/bell point/fan point/exhaust fan point etc. controlled by one, one way switch. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 6 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above, but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 6 above, but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor ( Multi-stranded ) PVC insulated and unsheating electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth, dolly. complete all as specified and directed.
