M&L for high tensile 550 MPA yield strength Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed. ( Make: TATA blue scope or equivalent of CRIL/METCO.)

Taking down existing tarfelt including plaster of any type and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the materials to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr away and deposited where directed including roughening old concrete surface by tucking and rubbing with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) using WPC @ 3% by wt. of cement,in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to non accesible roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in drains, surface channels, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including form, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair plain mild steel black sheet 1.00 mm thick as coverings for gate and similar works, cut to size, holes punched, including rounded headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm dia bib tap cast copper alloy (fency type), chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
