OD141337/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 750 K.V.A Indoor type unitized sub station of IP class 54, with cast resin Transformer (with Out load break switch on H.T.side, and Metering CT and PT) ,with Top/bottom entry cable box, The LT Portion Shall include Neutral CT with MC12 Relay on L.T. side. Transformer Portion consists of 750 K.V.A , 11 K.V, 50 Hz, Delta/Star connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer. The core shall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated and oxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrosion by epoxy resin finish. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so as to achieve tap positions of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5%. four channel Temperature Scanner with 4 nos Sensors, annunciator and trip mechanism shall be provided. The Transformer shall conform to IEC 726 & IS 11171/1985 re-affirmed in 1991. The maximum allowable loss limited to values designated by ECBC Norms 2007 . All inter connection from HT Side to transformer and to LT Side shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall be fabricated from 2.00mm CRCA sheet, complying with of IP 54 standards and shall be powder coated over a coat of Zinc chromate primer after seven tank processing and phosphatizing. The USS shall be installed as per the directions at site.
