Structural steel, wall painting inside the factory for a period of one year

Re-painting one coat for finish with chlorinated rubber paint, enamel paint, or other anti corrosive paint to old painted steel structures such as roof trusses, purlins, bracings, base plates, cleats, runners, cladding members, platforms etc

Painting steel work one coat with zinc chromate primer, red oxide primer etc., after descaling, wire brushing, cleaning thoroughly with cotton waste, all as described in item No.1 above (Required quantity of paint will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Painting one or more coat of plastic emulsion paint to get non transparent good appearance to the old painted surface both outside and inside the building at all elevations up to 10 M from floor level and location after cleaning old painted surface with sand paper, brush and water, including all labour charges, hire for tools, scaffolding charges, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required paint will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Painting one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint to get non transparent good appearance to old painted surface of wood work such as doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, screen, ceiling and such other parts of building, including steel bars/grills of windows at all elevations up to 10 M from floor level with synthetic enamel paint after sanding smooth and cleaning, including touching with primer paint wherever primer coat required, including all labour charges, hire for tools, scaffolding charges, all safety precautions etc., complete.(Required paint will be issued free of cost by TCC)
