Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, treads of step,18-20 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of kota stone rounded complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 12-15 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

A coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/ sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane & finally it will be finished with coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre/ sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified .
