1) Repairing of RCC Bridge No. 3/1 on Gomabil to Angthihara road: Cleaning the portions of the bridges that's need to be treated. Identifying the cracks, honey combs, and other vulnerable spots.

Chipping out the loose material from the effected concrete portions of the bridge, then application of an epoxy bond coat of MC Dur Solid 1200 or Equivalent over the surface. Patching the area with high strength epoxy mortar of MC Dur 1250 or E uivalent over the affected area.

Drilling holes and inserting nipples on the Column, Garder, Cross Garder, Beam, Pier & other parts of concrete bridges. Providing and inserting nipples of size 12 to 20mm dia with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specifications. Sealing the nozzles with quick setting compound.

Injecting low viscous high strength epoxy injectablé resin grouting compound of MC Dur 1264 or Equivalent through the nipples by injecting pumps for strengthening of the bridges.

After the injection is over, pulling out the nozzles and then sealing the gap with epoxy mortar.

Application of Anti carbonation coating of MC Emcecolor-flex or or Equivalent on the concrete parts of the bridge for preventing further damages.

Scraping and cleaning concrete surface of bridges including cleaning of all moss and vegetation etc with two coats weather seal coat painting over prime coat etc.
