Hiring of two numbers Diesel Tippers (with GPS Unit) of 3 to 3.5 ton capacity With lifting facility of model 2021 year or later with 05 Gang men and one Driver for each vehicle excluding fuel for 10 hrs duty for loading and unloading of Garbage by the sanitary section of Medical Department for a period of 03 years and extendable by 01(one) more year basing on the satisfactory performance. The Gang men shall be adults / male only. The vehicles shall be used for loading and unloading of Garbage from Port areas and residential colonies of Port Authority from 7 AM to 5 PM in all days including Sundays and Public Holidays. The vehicle should be open top with side walls and rear doors. The garbage must be covered with tarpaulin to avoid spillage during transportation of the garbage. The personal protective equipment like gloves, masks and helmets are to be supplied to the labour by the Contractor. The garbage material should be disposed at the GVMC earmarked area.(Kapluluppada and Zindal ECO polis earmarked area).The salaries to the staff shall include ESI and EPF. Permissible mileage: 2500 Kms (two trips each day) per month per vehicle. Fuel charges will be reimbursed by VPA as per actuals. GST will be paid as per extent of rules. Note: The vehicles must be fitted with GSPS units. And Weighment of disposal quantity under the scope of Contractor including weighment slips Note: 1) The Fuel at market prevailing rate (Lowest rate in a calendar month) at actuals will be reimbursed @ 8 kms per litre for the above vehicles with the permissible mileage noted against each vehicle per month.
