Providing & applying 1st quality ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats with dry film thickness not less than 80 microns of approved make and shade (Asian, Berger, Nerolac, British, Garware paints or equivalent) on Steel structures erected in position consisting of various members like columns, floor beams, cable racks, monorail beams, roof trusses, purlins, equipment supports, ladders, ladder cages, staircases, walkways, pipe supports etc. at all locations and heights (up to 75 meters) to give an even shade including scaffolding, safe approach, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc., rubbing surface with wire brushes & emery paper to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint, wiping surface with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) Wherever feasible Airless Spray gun shall be used for painting. 2) Minimum paint consumption shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer for the specified thickness.

Providing and applying one or more coats of 1st quality ready mixed synthetic enamel paint with minimum Dry film thickness of 40 microns of approved make and shade (Asian , Berger, Nerolac, British, Garware paints or equivalent) on M.S. Gratings made out of 32mm / 12mm wide flats in position at all locations and heights (up to 75mtr) using spray gun, for the platforms, walkways, staircase landings, treads etc. to give an even shade including scaffolding, safe approach, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc., rubbing surface with wire brushes & emery paper to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint, wiping surface with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) Wherever feasible Airless Spray gun shall be used for painting. 2) Top Plan area of the grating (i.e. Length X Breadth measurements) only shall be measured for payment towards over all painting of the grill on all sides and depths of all members. Rate shall be quoted accordingly. 3) Minimum paint consumption shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer for the specified thickness.

Providing and applying one or more coats of 1st quality ready mixed synthetic enamel paint with minimum Dry film thickness of 40 microns of approved make and shade (Asian , Berger, Nerolac, British, Garware paints or equivalent) on M.S. Hand Railing pipes erected in position consisting of 40/32mm dia. MS Top and middle pipes and vertical posts at varying C/C spacing, Toe plates of all shapes and sizes at all locations and heights (up to 75 mtr) for staircases, walkways, landing, platforms etc. to give an even shade including scaffolding, safe approach, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc., rubbing surface with wire brushes & emery paper to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint, wiping surface with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) Running meter length of railing will be measured for payment. 2) Minimum paint consumption shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer for the specified thickness.

Providing and applying one coat of ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer over steel structures as base coat with minimum dry film thickness of 40 Microns whenever required at all locations and heights (up to 75 meters) to give an even shade including scaffolding, safe approach, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc., rubbing surface with wire brushes & emery paper to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint, wiping surface with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) Wherever feasible Airless Spray gun shall be used for application of primer coat. 2) Paint Consumption shall be as per the recommendations of the manufacturer for the specified thickness.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for Lettering with ready mixed Synthetic enamel Paint of required shade or black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including scaffolding, safe approach, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc., rubbing surface with wire brushes & emery paper to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint, wiping surface with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
