PART-I BARRAGE GATE AND ACCESSORIES Dismantling the existing 5 nos of Barrage shutters, counter weight-R.C.C, operating Chain and hoist bridge etc, after arresting the counter weight including labour and hire of accessories etc. (Qty. Ref. Appendix-A, I-III)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling of old shutters, hoisting units including chains from the grooves and stacking safely at a distance 200 m from site conveniently including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc. complete as per direction of departmental officer at site (Weight of the unserviceable shutters and embedded parts may be calculated as 70% and unserviceable hoisting units as 80 %)

Removing the existing concrete counter weight from the groove and conveying the same to a convenient place around 100 m near dam site and stacking it including cost of all materials , labor and hire charges etc. and refitting the 5 Nos of counter weight in correct position after 5 Nos of barrage shutter erection etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing temporary platform for demolishing existing civil structure, concreting and plastering including cost of all materials, labours etc. complete TEMPORARY PLATFORM [40 times usage as life period (assumed) for these materials, hence cost for 1 time used]
