OD128460/2024-2025:Dismantle all the electric connection from the damaged 500 KVA out door type oil cooled transformer after taking mandatory safety precaution in HT line. Removing the fencing around the transformer yard , lower the transformer safely, by crane , necessary equipment and labour, take out the transformer very carefully and loading into the vehicle .

OD128461/2024-2025:Dismantle all the electric connection from the damaged AB switches , lightning arresters , DO fuses and other porcelain insulators and then bring down the all items safely and keep it in a very safe place.

OD128462/2024-2025:Scrapping , cleaning the existing 4 pole structure ie,I channel , C channel and other supporting channels and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after renewing the GI nuts and bolts etc as required.

OD128576/2024-2025:Carry out preliminary inspection and tests , diagnosing the fault of 31 years old 500 KVA transformer .Remove the transformer top cover , draining out the oil ,dismantle bush stem , remove core coil assembly and cleaning the tank. Remove the whole primary and secondary winding , cleaning and resetting the core . Rewind the whole transformer coil firmly by using required size enamel insulated copper winding wire after providing required insulating materials like as craft paper , letheroid paper etc and oven drying the transformer core coil assembly . Scraping , cleaning and painting the transformer tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after doing the necessary welding work. Reset the transformer and covering the top cover etc with good quality gasket and sealing washers etc. Fill required quantity transformer oil and providing silica gel breather bottle and require all other accessories. After completion of all repair work ,mandatory test should be done and ensure the measuring values are as per existing norms and standards with the presence of departmental officials / engineers. ( Deducting burnt copper scrap winding from this work ). Includes to and fro conveyance charge.
