REPAIR TO GATE, BOUNDARY WALL,PATHWAY AND MISC B/R WORKS AT VARIOUS UNIT UNDER KARGIL.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling/granite including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 CM thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cememt concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete/stone surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in benching, coping, bed plates , bed blocks etc and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on top of chajjas rails cills etc.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast Cement concrete pre polished (glossy finish) machine pressed designer exterior grade floor tiles 25mm to 30 mm thick of approved shape and size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tile ncluding 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- make and size/shape of tiles shall be approved by GE.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as a sub base to receive topping layer finished even and rough

M & L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as spd and directed.

M&L for 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as spd and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint .

Preparation of old /new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 mm to 3mm thick exterior wall care putty and applying two coats of texture paint over a coat of primer complete all as spd and directed . Note :- Shade of texture paint shall be approved bt GE.

Complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of walls by steel wire brushing and washing rubbing down and stopping of surface holes and cracks using necessary filling compound of white cement and fine sand in the ratio of 1:3 to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying 2 to 3 mm thick wall putty and one coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint with silicon based (first quality) on wall complete all as specified Make:- Apex (Asian) or equivalent in approved make as approved by GE. Note:- Shade of the paint shall be approved by GE.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/calading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

18-20 mm thick machine cut granite (one piece) of approved colour/shade not less than 01 Sqm machine cut as in vertical position on piller/colum/wall etc to any height including cutting and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed and pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 using marble dust pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including grinding & polishing (mirror finish) over 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of granite stone shall be approved by GE

Cleaing of drain or channel in any depth and in any position by reomoving liquid mud /soil, organic or inorganic matters form the drain and making it good for repair work including desposing the waste as per ssr clause all as spd and directed

M & L Stainless railing 105 cm high including details as given below (not less than 1.6mm wall thickness):- (a) Vertical post (baluster) 40mm outer dia 90 cm high jointer with 20mm dia 7.5cm high along with base plte 100mm dia x 15mm and 16 gauage height as per sample fixed for each post. (b) 50 mm dia hand rails newal post incuding 80mm dia ball at top of newal post (c) 3 Nos 25mm dia bracing along railing 16 gauage all as per sample kept in NUN KUN Guest room at 121(I) inf bde .

Note : - Contract sum will be derived after deduction of Rs. 13900.00 as listed in Schedule `A` Part -II (Schedule of credit).
