Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.0 0 sqm but n exc 2.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 65mm x 100mm Single rebated factory made 100% solid WPC door frame made from 100% LEAD free( Single extruded process) material with density 780 kg/Cum and manufacured by an ISO :9001-2015 certified company , all as per specification .The door frame should be water proof ,termite proof,fire retardent and having excellent screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 65mm x 125mm Single rebated factory made 100% solid WPC door frame made from 100% LEAD free( Single extruded process) material with density 780 kg/Cum and manufacured by an ISO :9001-2015 certified company , all as per specification .The door frame should be water proof ,termite proof,fire retardent and having excellent screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class softwood, plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats ,chowkats measure and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters (factory made), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Butt hinges, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel 304 grade of steel for making steel railing/racks/guard bars of any size in kicthen of any thickness made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel boltsand any size including fabrication and fixing in wall/floor as directed by engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth of size 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick/stone or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on stone masonry surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of Acrylic exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of suitable primer and applying two coat of care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper Acrylic Emulsion after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel drapery rod 25 mm dia including stainless steel brackets including fixing arrangements with drilling holes etc complete of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.
