NAME OF WORK :-

Resurfacing of Roads at various Locations of Kathlal Nagar Palika Under Road Resurface Grant.

5 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1-Cement : 3- coarse

sand : 6-handbroken stone aggregates 40 Mm nominal size) and

curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and

plinth 1.00 Cu.Mtr.

6 Providing and laying ordinary cement concrete work M200 and

curing complete excluding the cost of form work and

reinforcement of reinforced concrete work. 1.00 Cu.Mtr.

7 Providing Thermo Mechanically treated Bars TMT Bars)

FE500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting,

bending, binding and placing in position complete for all floor. 1.00 Kg.

8 Providing and Laying M.S. Side rail of road thickness with necessry

nut bolt plates, fixing as per width, applaying plates vibrator,

electric or diesel on channel comp. with V.D. System (Trimix) by

using the necessary equipments 7 material and Machinery, such as

running screed vibrator on prelaid M.S. channel for leveling

vaccum pumps, floating and power trowling etc. compl. also

including gruv cutting and filling joint with bituminous every 5 mtr.

9 Preparing surface by Brushing with wire brushes for removing

caked mud etc. Air compresor/ sweeping with brooms and finally

fanning the cleaned surface with gunney bags to remove all loose

dirt etc.(ii) Black top/CC Surface. 1.00 Sq.Mtr.

10 Providing and laying Compacted WBM (Grade II) with BT crushed

metal of size 40mm to 63mm) including using 20 percentage stone

Screening grit 0.16 cum and stone dust 0.08 cum as filler including

for Spreading, watering and consolidation by vibrator power road

roller 8 tone to 12 tone etc complete as per morth clause

11 Providing and laying Bitumenous grout compacted with (VG 10)

asphalt 60/70 grade at the tare of 1.99 percentage by weight of

total mix for mixing and tack coat at 2.5k/10sq.m, emulsion on BT

Surface using B.T chips of required gradation including cleaning

and heating the aggregate and asphalt by continuous batching of

Drum mix plant and spreding the same by paver finisher one layer

and consolidation with vibratory roller and power roller including

providing all materials, equipment, tools and plants, oil, kerosene,

firewood, labour charges etc. complete using contractor own

machinaries Drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

12 Providing and Laying 37.5mm thick B.M. with B.T Aggregate as per

M.O.R.T and H. specification and (VG 30) asphalt Grade 60/70 for

tack coat 2.5 kg/10 smt and mixing 34.00kg/M.T. I.e.

percentage by weight of total mix including heating the aggregate

and asphalt in contonuous batching drum mix plant and spreading

the same by paver finisher and consolidation with vibratory roller

including providing all materials equipments, tools and plants, fire

wood, oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using contractor

own machinary drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete

13 Providing and Laying 25mm thick S.D.B.C. with B.T Aggregate as

per M.O.R.T and H. specification and (VG 30) asphaltGrade 60/70

mixing at 50 kg/M.T. I.e. 5.0 percentage by weight of total mix

including heating the aggregate and asphalt in continuous

batching drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher

and consolidation with vibratory rollar including providing all

materials equipments, tools and plants, fire wood, oil, kerosene,

labour charges etc.complete using contractor own machinary

drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete

14 Providing and laying asphalt painting on BT surface with bitumen

VG-30 @ rate 5 kg per 10smt by mechanical sprayar and spreding

the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cmt/10smt

and rolling with smooth wheeled and penumiatic roller and

brushing etc. completed 1.00 Sq.Mtr.

15 Providing and Supplying Quarry Spell including Collection carting,

staking and Spreading, Quary Spell on road site including all Labour

and Machinarys (JCB Tractore Etc) taxes and royaltie, etc

complete. 1.00 Cu.Mtr.

16 Providing and Laying W.M.M. mm thick with M.C BT chips as per

required gradation mixing with required optimum quantity of

water including spreading watering and consolidation using power

roller etc. complete. 1.00 Cu.Mtr.

17 Refitting of existing interlocking concrete block of any thickness

and any grade including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling

the joint with sand in proper line and level etc. Complete.

18 Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye / steel Dye inter locking

concrete block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pnumatic

compressed / vibrated mechanically and as per approved design

Confirming to IS 15658 : 2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for

levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as

per guidlines of IRC : SP 63-2018 etc. Complete.

19 Renovation of Manhole by increasing the height at top including

cost of excavation,refitting of C.I. Manhole frame and cover curing

etc. complete incl.all carting and providing of materials which is

required for the purpose (except manhole frame and cover ) For all

type manhole by providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 partition wall with required

reinforcement 25 cm thick and circular opening with 500 mm clear

dia and 0.40 mt. av.ht.

20 Supplying and fixing cat eye made out from Acrilo beautile sterine

injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC

(prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with

bituminous adhesive 100g. with each unit for fixing. (High Intensity

grade 1.00 Nos.

21 Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with

reflectorising glass beads on bitumin surface providing and laying a

hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including

reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of

2.5mm is excluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-

2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from

streaks and holes. zebra patta /bump patta lane/center line/ edge

line/cut patta. The white color marking should provide liminance

coefficinet on cemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and

Asphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life

during the day time. The marking should meet the performance

criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid

resistance as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015.

Warranty for the Retro reflectivity should be two years.

22 Supplying and installing plastic speed breaker of Yellow and Black

colour having length - 500mm, width - 250mm, Height - 50mm,

Weight of each piece not less than 1-5 Kg, Maximum load capacity

60 tonne, with 6 Nos. of Mild Steel bolts in each unit, Temperature

resistant, water resistant, UV resistant, 2 inch eflectors in each unit

and with 1 year warranty including all required material and

labour. 1.00 Nos.

NOTE :-The rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST , but Inclusive of all taxes, duties which shall not be

paid extra. While GST will be paid for admissible part of actual work done at the approved tender rates.

GST Shall be paid as per prevailing rates at the time of payment.
