Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. (Group A) as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non-residential buildings) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 6 way double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 8 way double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing single pole 5A to 32A Rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing, double pole, 63A, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade up to 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of 100-watt LED flood Light (6500K) etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying of 3Cx 16 Sq. mm of 1.1 kV Aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC extruded inner-sheathed, galvanised steel strip armoured, overall PVC outer-sheathed including end termination. (as per IS 7098 Part 1) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 300 mm sweep PVC body exhaust fan as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm size of ceiling fan in white colour with air delivery 215 m3/min, Energy efficient / 3 Star rating etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts

Supplying Installation Testing and Commissioning of 20W (1200 mm) Basic all-purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Demolishing of RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of un-serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level - 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone- 3) derived from natural sources:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
