Supply, installation and commissioning of 440 V Danger Board in accordance with Rule No.20 of CEA Regulation-2023, the minimum size of plate 250 x 200 mm, made up of mild steel sheet of 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and the conventional skull & cross-bones in signal red colour on the front side (the rear side of the plate shall also be enameled in white colour). The language of the danger board should be of Odia,English & Hindi and the size of letters in each language and spacing between them shall be so chosen that these are uniformly written. The corners of the plates shall be rounded off and the location of fixing holes shall be such that it shall be bolted through pole clamp. For each support including all accessories, labour cost, T&P etc. complete as per direction of EiC

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 10mtr high GI Octagonal monkey amounted arrangement pole shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875 (250Km/Hr). The top loading i.e. area and the weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the pole and the same shall meet the requirement of BSEN 40-3-3:2003. Octagonal Poles made from HT Steel Conforming to grade S355 & having thicknessof 4mm.Top dia 90mm & Bottom dia 240mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 325x325x20 mm & Base Plate must be Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062, foundation bolts must EN 8 grade & bolts size must be 4X26mm dia,PCD 325mm,Bolt length 750mm long.The door opening of the pole should be reinforced,water proofed & with locking arrangement & arrangement of in out door junction box made of FRP / cast aluminium with terminal arrangement and 1 No. of 25Amp TPN MCB & terminal box with provision for connection of earth & nutral on 5mm thick fiber plate which will be kept in side the pole for termination of cable & wire,The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. The welding of pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process.The poles shall be hot dip galvanized in single dipping as per BS EN ISO 1461 standards with average coating thickness of 90 micron. Arrangement of GI Circular bracket Suitable for install 6nos 250W led flood light fixtures should be there at the top of the pole.
