“Construction of Khani Bhawan & Canteen at Dalli Mechanised Mines (Pkg-A) (Arch., Civil & WS&S work).”

• A. The bidder shall fulfil the following eligibility criteria for which documentary evidence shall be submitted by the bidder in their offer :

• The Bidders should have experience of successfully completed "similar work(s)"(defined here under) during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, should be either of the following; 1. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.39.08 Lakhs. OR 2. Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 31.27 Lakhs.

• B. Similar Work means: Construction of civil structures i.e any type of building / road/bridge/culvert/dam/boundary wall/canal/drain. 1) Experience should be from Govt. Organization/ PSU or Public Limited Company. 2) In support of eligibility and experience, the tenderer is required to submit self attested photocopies of Purchase Orders/Work Orders/Contracts and Completion Certificate (issued by the concerned authority). 3) In case, completion certificate is not issued for the PO/ Work Order/ Contract, Bidder shall submit a document in original issued by the concerned authority certifying completion and value of completed similar works given in the Eligibility Criteria above against concerned PO/ Work Order / Contract. 4) In case, Similar Works has been commenced by the Bidder before the qualifying period, Bidder shall submit the proportionate value of the work completed during the qualifying period, which shall be considered for evaluation. 5) The term 'completed work' shall mean successfully completed work(s) only. 6) Experience of on-going contracts shall not be considered.

• C. Consortium Requirements: Consortium Bidding is not allowed for this package.
