Procurement of Crusher and SAG and Ball Mill Plant Conveyor Belts

The bidder should have experience in supplying Conveyor Belts. Experience Requirement Clause: a) The tenderer must be a manufacturer who has manufactured, tested, and supplied Conveyor Belts at least 80% of the total quantity required under this tender in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall be 40% of the quantity required. b) Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish authorization letter assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have independently supplied at least 30% of the tendered quantity of Conveyor Belts in any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25. Note: All tenderers must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible.The authorized dealers/distributors should furnish authorization letter from the manufacturer.

Past Performance Criteria: Bidders who have not previously supplied the tendered item (Conveyor Belts) to HGML shall submit a performance certificate issued by their customers/buyers during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25. The certificate must confirm: Quality of the material supplied Adherence to the delivery schedule as per the respective purchase order.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.62.00 Lakh, during the last three preceding financial years, namely FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be Rs.31.00 Lakh, during the last two preceding financial year: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The tenderer shall furnish the following as documentary proof for the financial capability criteria Annual Turnover Certificate for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, OR Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
