Note : Billing rate as indicated above shall be increased in accordnace with clause 6.2 (a) special conditions of contract for the personnel of all categories namely (i) key personnel; (ii) sub-professional personnel and (iii) Support Stafff. The increase as above shall be payable only on the remuneration part of key personnel, sub-professional personnel and support staff. However, for evaluation of bid proposals, the quoted initial rate shall be mutiplied by the total time input for each position on this contract, i.e. without considering the subsequent increase in the billing rates.
