Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III) : 3 graded stone aggre gate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix , inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of Class designation 7.5.

19.32 Making soak pit 2.5m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8m long complete as per standard design. 19.32.1 with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 each 28029.15

SCHEDULE PART - II (SEPTIC TANK WORK) Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydraulic exacavator)/mannual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width of 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, withith a lead of 50m 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement of specified grade exlcuding the cost of cantering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level : (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level : (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) cum

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechnically Treated bars of garde Fe500D or more

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level : (1 cement : 1:5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

SCHEDULE PART - III (REPAIR OF PLINTH PROTECTION) Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechnical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing and finishing the top smooth.
