Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50M and making good surfaces in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including column, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and asdirected.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and asdirected.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and asdirected.

Supply & Fixing Coloured (any colour) PVC coated chain link MS galvanised iron fencing of made out of 4.0mm dia, wire of mesh size 100mm x 100mm, made into mattress or cages, straining and fixing to RCC/ MS post including provn of 10mm dia MS round bars as line wire welded to fencing post (MS rounded bars shall be measured and paid separately under respective item) complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality A or Fe- 290 Gde E-165 quality A including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and asdirected.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies Type C 0, 1:3:6 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick (measured solid), in cluding all mould-ings set in cement mortar 1:4 but excluding frame complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces of walls and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade; New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltrs/10 sqm over and includig priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and asdirected.
