Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level).Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequerred cement concrete tiles 20 cmx20 cm x25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment , including 20mm thcik screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for endura ceramic tiles (Ist quailty) of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey or coloured cement and pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor. Complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of brickwork laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick in cm 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall and flush pointing as the work proceeds with same mortar all as specified.

M & L for continuous brick edging using old size bricks (sub class ‘B’) with width equal to the length of brick laid dry on end vertically as directed complete, all as specified ).

All as per item No 10 above but except bricks

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement and sand mortar (1:4) completes all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of drain, complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto.

Dismantling of RCC Post any section, embadded in natural ground incl taking out embadded portion in natural ground all as specified.

All as per item No 18 above but embadded in concrete, brick masonary all as specified.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter in any type of soil , getting out, retruning filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a dsitance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface.

M&L for PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreage in fdn filling amd mass concrete.

S&F for post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire flat iron fillet ( for securing wire mesh) in incl all necessary drilling bolting and rivetting conforming to Fe-290 Gd-165.

S&F for mild steel screw bolt ( maching made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washer n.exc 5 cm long dia bolt 5 to 10mm.

Dismantling of steel barbed wire of any thickness and in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvnised fencing , any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbers at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with provison of galvisnised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., all as directed ( Net length of wire shall be measured).

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface of steel and iron surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of surface all as per specifed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire as in straightening bars for chain link fencing ( annelaed) not less than 0.9 mmd ia or securing with clips.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on external wall of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , is to finsihed the surfaces even and fair.

M&L for two coats cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces.
