OptionalIn case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV) is not having experience in providing SCADA, the bidder (Lead partner of JV) shall submit MOU obtained from agency having experience in providing SCADA to the bidder for the execution of work.
RequiredThe bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- duly stating that they have not been blacklisted / debarred / Suspended / demoted in any department in Telangana or in any State/Govt. of India due to any reasons
RequiredThe Bidder / Firms who have applied for / availed Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) /Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) during last five (5) financial years and continuing to be under the same as on the date of tendering are not eligible to participate in the Bid.
RequiredIn this regard, a certificate issued by the Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant stating that the Bidder / Firms has not applied for/availed the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) / Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) in the last five (5) financial years, shall be uploaded by the Bidder. The certificate issued by the Statutory Auditor/ Chartered Accountant shall be in the current financial year.
RequiredThe bidders (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) as a prime contractor should have executed each of the following physical quantities of items given below in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., from 2015-16 to 2024-25. (As Per NIT)
RequiredThe bidders (in case of JV, any of the partner) as a prime contractor shall have satisfactorily completed minimum one year of operation and maintenance of Sewerage Projects/Improvement Schemes (consisting of Sewage Treatment Plants/ Wetwells/ Sewage Pumping Stations /Pump Sets/Laying of sewer pipelines / House sewer connections or combined) during the last ten financial years.
RequiredThe bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by Engineer- In- Charge of the state / central Govt. dept, undertakings not below the rank of Executive engineer or equivalent and counter signed by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer.
RequiredThe bidders (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively ) should have Satisfactorily completed (or not less than 90% of physical contract value), as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works comprising of any component(s) of Sewerage Improvement Schemes of value not less than Rs: 3374.86 Lakhs in any one financial year, during last ten financial years i.e., from 2015-16 to 2024-25.
RequiredThe bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively ) shall produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled commercial banks of value not less than Rs. 1687.43 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt:01.07.2003.
RequiredThe bidders who meet the above qualification criteria and whose available BID CAPACITY IS MORE OR EQUAL TO THE ESTIMATED CONTRACT value will only be qualified for opening of Price bid. (As per NIT)
RequiredIn case of JV, JV agreement, MOU, power of attorney, partnership deed, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association of company, Authorization of Board of directors/Partners for forming JV& bid submission etc, (As per NIT and Bid Document)
RequiredThe bidder shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- that he would conclude a separate agreement with ULB for O&M(as per the decision of the Government) of both existing and new Under Ground Sewerage systems (as per bid document) in case O&M is entrusted to the successful bidder of the work, and also that he would agree for staggered release of deposits(AS PER NIT).
