Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed cement screed base laid and jointed with grey camant slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for tread of staircase after roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for risers of staircase incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix rotational moulded polyethiene water storage tanks (three layer) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm ball Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball including necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer etc complete including dismantling existing water tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 75x50x6mm phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable ceiling rose/connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down, re-fixing electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix (in replacement) sheet metal enclosure of size 750x600x300mm made out of 2mm thick MS sheet suitable for fixing the MCB/DB & meters, single door type with locking arrangement and reconnecting commissioning including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to internal and external surfaces with machine spray, necessary cutting, PCC work,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note-: Disturbed surfaces shall be match to the existing surface without any cost.
