Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). All as directed

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type - D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in cills, steps, parapets, copings, bond stone, bed plates, hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for RR walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed..

All as per item No 10 here-in-bebore but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item No-01 here-in-above will be used.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and directed.
