Clearing of grass/bushes/Jungle and drain, road cleaning, collection of garbage etc. from New Quarters Residential Complex for year 2020-21.

Amount

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removal of cut grass/bushes/tree leaves/jungles/garbage etc. from AAI colony premises using 350 cubic feet truck including loading and unloading and disposal of the same to approved municipal dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Sweeping of road and foot path by deploying manpower all days in a month except sundays and waste matter i.e plastic bags, torn cloths, waste paper, dry fungus, bricks, building rubbish, bamboos, dry leaves etc. will be staged at Residential Quarters garbage Vat as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (including T&P) (Minimum 3 person per day).

Door to Door house collection of domestic refuse i.e. household waste etc. daily once in the morning from each quarters including sundays and garbage/waste will be staged at Residential Quarters garbage Vat as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge (including T&P) (Minimum 3 person per day).

Cleaning of drain (CI/RCC or surface drain) at all size i/c removing & re-fixing of cover if necessary and sewer line i/c cleaning of chokage etc. and removal of sludge, malba, rubbish, etc. and dispose off to the nearest dumping ground and i/c cleaning of sites as directed by Engg.-in-charge. (including T & P)

Supply and spreading of bleaching powder in Garbage Vat etc. per requirement and direction of Engineer in charge.
