REPAIR CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES AND SEPTIC TANKS IN THE AREA OF AGE BR II UNDER GE ROORKEE

Cleaning of manholes including 100mm / 150mm dia bore sewage lines from manhole to manhole at a distance n.exc 30 m upto a depth of 1.50m from top of manhole to bottom of pipe line / channel by using high pressure, chasis mounted high flow jetting machine and getting out sludge / waste water from manholes by using suction machine of suitable capacity, well flushing the manholes & sewage lines after cleaning including disposing off sludge / waste water in low lying area out side MoD land and burrying in ground and covered with soil including necessary earth work etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The length of sewage line to be measured manhole to manhole/chamber for payment purpose.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but 150mm / 200mm dia pipe upto a depth exc1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 m and distance between the manholes / chambers not exceeding 30 mtrs.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but 200mm /250mm/300mm dia pipe upto a depth exc 3.00 m but n.exc 6.00 m and distance between manholes / chambers not exceeding 30 mtrs.

Attending day to day complaint for blockage in gully trap / WC / floor trap / nahani trap upto first manhole including necessary T&P for pumping / rodding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note:- The complaint slips to be collected from the complaint cell daily by the contractor or his authorised representative/ supervisor. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specifications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by the users. In case of delay in clearing the complaint, the penalty to be imposed to the contractor as indicated in particular specifications for every day of delay.

Cleaning of sluddge water / sluddge, solid / semi solid soil from septic tank includig sludge chambers / soakage well by using suction machine of adequate vaccume pressure and carrying capacity and disposing off the same out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 6.00 above but depth exc 1.50 m and n.exc 3.00m.

Excavation over areas exc 1.50 m but n. exe 3.00 m deep and gettingout in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Returning, filing in, including spreading, llevelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in hard and dense soil complete all as specified.

Removeing excavated materials (soils) at a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exe 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC), laid and jointed in cement mortar including taking out from the trenches of any depth and removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm dia bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC), laid and jointed in cement mortar including taking out from the trenches of any depth and removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to 150mm dia bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to 200mm dia bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipes of class 'A', laid in trenches at any depth and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 200mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipes of class 'A', laid in trenches at any depth and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in faundation, fillling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius as in manholes, septic tanks and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius as in raising of manholes, septic tanks and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in gorund floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, bed plates, bed blocks, benching in manholes and the like with plain fair faces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for manhole covers etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast rienforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs for manholes/septic tank, including necessary form work, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately at M&L rates)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape reuired including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connectiing 150mm dia bore drain pipes, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as sprcified and as directed.
