Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Hybrid Thermal Solar (HTS) Panel Systems for the Existing LG MULTI V 5 VRF System: This work requires the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Hybrid Thermal Solar (HTS) Panel Systems, which must integrate seamlessly with the existing LG MULTI V 5 VRF system. The modification is intended to reduce the compressor workload by improving the Delta T and enhancing heat removal, particularly during high ambient temperatures, with a mandatory target of achieving a minimum of 30% energy savings. The system has to maintain or improve cooling efficiency while operating at lower compressor loads. Key components must include tracking parabolic concentrative solar reflectors, precise temperature control with an advanced microprocessor-based modulation system to ensure that only the required amount of heat is added, and a computer-controlled motor assembly for accurate solar tracking. The installation must include all necessary piping modifications to prevent any degradation in system performance. The HTS Panels must be installed in a location with direct access to sunlight throughout the day, without any shadows, near the VRF outdoor units. Additionally, structural support using GP Square Pipes on the Roof must be provided to accommodate the panels. The contractor is required to validate the energy savings by comparing consumption with the HTS Panel switched on and off under similar ambient conditions over a defined period. Detailed technical documentation, including installation guides, compliance certificates, and performance validation reports, must be provided. The contractor must interact with the OEM to ensure that the modifications do not void any existing warranties and must supply the necessary documentation to Technopark. The installation must include the required number of HTS Panels to meet the specified energy savings and requirements as outlined in Tender No: ETPK/PH-I/2024-25/AT-240 (R)
