Excavating in post holes or similar holes each not n exc 0.50 cu.m,getting out any type of soil,returning,fillig in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel sections like angle, flat etc in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling,bolting or riviting etc confirming toFe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires round or square, any mesh,size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type (size as approved by AGE(I)) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Mild steel round or square bars,in available length Fe-290(Gde-165) for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of kerb stone/concrete,old steel surface surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) in two different colour pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/ hard standing path in alternate bays area not exceeding 2 Sqm each panel & joints filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) i.e.one part of bitumen and 3 parts of sand, and concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slab,interlocking paver blocks & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed, stacking serviceable material and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006, shape & size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying only 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006, obtained from dismantling laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, rubber moulded, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block using colour pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006, shape & size as approved by GE, laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks, string ourses, copings, kneelers, apex stone, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillers, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, boulders, corbels, brackets, etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, kerb stone, throat-ing etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx20-25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles as in floors/ path etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rubble moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-25 mm thick, using colour pigment, set, jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for pre cast plain cement concrete (type B0 PCC 1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded aggregate Kangaroo (As approved by Engr-in-charge) incl necessary excavation and return filling incl fixing with cement mortar(1:4) as directed by Engr in charge.
