Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on inside walls with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 6mm cement plaster(1:4) in ceiling with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 12 mm thick water proof CEMENT PLASTER (1:3)on outside wall with clean coarse sand of F.M.1.5 and 5% cico including cost of screening, curing making grooves with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I .(Cost of cico will be paid separately)

Taking down old door and window shutter including stakking serviceable materials within 50m lead and disposal of unserveaceable materialwith all leads all complte as per direction E/I

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work in chaukhat in doors, windows skylights, fanlights and C/W celetial windows openings, including wedge over all clamps complete including application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all completeas per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush door shutter in door and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type non-decorative double leaf flush shutter in door and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 to 25 micron anodized ammonium 3 tracks with 4 mm float glass Aluminium Windows made from standard extruded section of Hindalco / Jindal of standard sizes Including cost of all accessories, roller, gaskets, bushes etc., complete as per detail drawings, specifications and direction of E/i.
