CONSTRUCTION OF SAMSHAN GHAT SHED IN GRAM KARLAJODI IN PANCHAYAT KARLAJODI BLOCK SADAR CHAIBASA WEST SINGHBHUM DISTRICT
Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) solar submersible D.C. water motor complete set. Desisgning, supplying, installation, testing & commissioning with all tools & parts of following solar photovoltaic (SPV) solar submersible D.C. Water Motor pump suitable for minimum 125mm x 115mm bore well as per MNRE guideling with following specifictions & accessories. (A) SPV arrays contains specified no of same capacity type & specification modules connected to series or parrallel to obtained the required voltage & current the power output of individual PV modules should be minimum 200 watt peak. (i) The SPV modules should be as per IEC-61215 and IEC 61730 part1.0 . (ii) All external prts of motor pump used in submersible pump which are in contact of water is stainless steel garde 303 or higher as required. (iii) The PV module should be mounted on metalic structure of adequate strenght and appropriate design which can withstand load of modules & High wind pressure up to 200 Km/h. (iv) The moudle mounting structure should be hot dip galvanized according to IS 4759. (v) To enhance the performance of SPV water pumping suytem & arrangement for seassonal tilt angle adjustment should be provided. (vi) Necessary arrangement shold be provided in controller automatic start-run-stop through out the day with water level detection system. (As per MNRE specification). (vii) Necessary protectin such as lightening arrestor etc. should be provided to protect the controller & SPV. (viii) The suction/delivery pipe shall be UPVC/HDPE pipes of appropriate size 60m or more as required minimum pressure rating of 8kg/Sq cm-PE 100 grade for pump up to 3HP & 10 Kg/Sq cm-PE 100 grade for 5 HP. (ix) All cable used shall be as per IS 694. Suitable size of cable shall be used in sufficient lenght for inter connection between the SPV array to SPV controller and SPV controller to solar power pump. Provision of cable shall be as per IS 14536. (x) The motor pump set should have 5 years warranty. (xi) control panel suitable for motor pump with arrangement of dry run & over flow protection sensor, float switch & rain prevention box (as per MNRE specification). (xii) The SPV controller must have IP-65 protection or must be housed in cabinet having at least IP-65 protection. (xiii) The system should be as per MNRE guide ling & Eco-friendly with suitable arrangment to operate new pump manually. (xiv) With third party inspection before dispatch. (xv) Fitting, fixing & mounting on water tank steel structure. (xvi) Provision for web based remote monitoring of the pumps to be installed must be made through the inbuilt controllers. It should be possible to ascertain the daily water output, the power generated by PV array, the Up and down time of the pump during the year, number of days the pump was unused or under breakdown repairs. The following details should be marked indelibly on the motor pump set - (a) Name of Manufacturer of distinctive logo. (b) Model Number. (c) Serial Number. (B) Solar submersible motor pump (SPV DC Type) (1) 1HP (DC pump) with 900 WP minimum watt P.V. panel as MNRE pump head max shut-off head up to 120 mtrs. For higher or lower head or in between various moudules output could be decided on prorates basis. (As per latest guide line of MNRE)
