Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the bese coarse and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Dismantling and removing marble chips dados,skirting from walls including racking out joints 12mm.deep and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Cutting grooves in pucca floor and walls for taking GI/PVC pipes and making good the damages to wall and floor per mtr.

Dimantling and removing doors, windows, and ventilators including removal of frames,hinges,fastenings and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips.

upplying all materials, Labour T&P for C.P.in 12 C.M(1:3) as per P.H.Secification etc.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thicks cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fixing of precast glazed tiles in floors and walls on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the polishing complete including cost of glazed tile.

Wall painting 2 coat with plastic emulsion paint including cost of brushes and putty.

Supplying all labour T&P for Finishing surface of walls with Acrylic putty (water based) of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting incluidng cost of materials taxes labour etc.

Fixing Granite in floors or steps & landing on 25mm. thick bed of CM (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing & polishing excluding cost of Granite .

Providing, fitting & fixing of Single leaf soild WPC door shutter of 30mm thick compacted with wood grain finished with 2 Nos SS Handle (150mm) 2 Nos SS Tower Balt (250 x 10) 1No SS Aldrop (400 x 300), 4Nos SS Butt Hings (125 x 8.5 x 5.5(, Backside Butffer with all necessary fittings complete with approved colour as per direction of EIC. (century ) NSWT) Ground floor.

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia & specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hole hammer drilling rigs as required to suit the site condition including supply of rigs with its accessories T&P and consumables etc for lowering 150mm dia PVC/G.I pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or with out well screens as per the necessity for the soft medium and hard formation (PVC/G.I) pipe casing if required to prevent 125mm dia casing pipe and collapses of the over burden to be provided by the contractor including lowering and with drawing after completion of the tube well.
